02 — Work smart
Don’t work hard. Work smart.
A motorised drive system, a proportional foot switch and six up/down buttons for moving the roller completely change the way you use a flatbed applicator.
On traditional tables the operator works from the middle of the table. With Lamidesk, everything happens at the edge of the table – an easily accessible work area that makes mounting quick and easy compared with manual models.
03 — Why CNC
CNC is a revolution.
CNC control is the logical evolution of the motorised version. It is used where operations are repeated many times – and we found three positions used during every stroke on an applicator. CNC reaches these programmable positions fast, easily and exactly.

What if something electronic goes wrong?
We designed the machine to be convertible to a fully manual-driven unit with the manual kit in just 2 minutes. In this mode the machine works without any electricity – including the UP/DOWN function.
04 — Born motorised, upgraded to CNC
Proportional foot pedal.
Extremely fast and reliable thanks to a closed-loop servo. Traverse the whole table, start to stop, in 4.9 seconds.

05 — Engineering
Built from parts that outlast the job.
Application roller from Germany
CNC-brushed, German rubber and German precision. Alcohol, oil and abrasion resistant for an excellent lifespan and simple maintenance.
Deathless linear guide
Double bearings increase machine durability and prolong its life.
Brushed stainless steel
End panels and accessories in brushed stainless – including the biggest 400/210 and 500/160 models.
Welded steel frame
Laser-cut steel tubing, welded and powder coated. Two separate frames keep the table perfectly flat even under roller pressure; each section is individually calibrated.
06 — LED backlight
SuperSpeed LED set.
More than 680 W of LED power and over 8,400 LED chips take the stress out of the alignment process.
- Can be added to any SuperSpeed at any time, by the user – no tools needed
- Aluminium plates and power box with magnetic holders for click-in / click-out mounting
- Set includes LED plates (quantity by machine size), all wiring and power supply unit
- Installation in 15 minutes, no technician needed

09 — Colours
Make it yours.
Frame in RAL 9005 black, structured, as standard. Colourful accessories are available in MACal 8300 PRO colour definitions – choose according to the MACal colour card.
10 — Already have an Easy Shift?
Upgrade it to SuperSpeed.
Suitable for almost every Easy Shift – if you can see three induction sensors (each with a red LED) under the table on the gantry, your machine is upgradable. Standard tools, no drilling, about 20 minutes.
